Lived in Bavarian Woods for 10 years. Not 1 complaint. Management was always good to me. Quiet neighborhood, well lit at night. The parking lots and hallways were always clean and well maintained. Maintenance crew is a top notch group of guys. Will always recommend.

Recently moved in and have had a great experience so far. The people in the office are great and make it an easy experience. Quiet neighborhood and clean. They pick up the grounds and attend to maintenance issues pretty quickly.
