New residents here and we absolutely love our apartment. It’s so perfect for our small little family, Jamie has been absolutely wonderful in keeping up with us and making sure accommodations were met. Also extremely clean, and that’s huge for me. Would defiantly recommend.

Lived in Bavarian Woods for 10 years. Not 1 complaint. Management was always good to me. Quiet neighborhood, well lit at night. The parking lots and hallways were always clean and well maintained. Maintenance crew is a top notch group of guys. Will always recommend.
